Start Registry Editor (Start -> Run -> regedit.exe) 

       Select the following key in the Windows registry:

        [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
        Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_DISABLE_MK_PROTOCOL]

     -  Select "New" -> "DWORD Value"
