I graduated from shanghai university and received Master degree in 2004. My research and study scope focused on supply chain and logistics management based on integration manufacturing system. |
| After graduation, I entered Wellhope information technology Co,ltd. which is one of the top suppliers of information security products and services. I had devoted myself to this company for 4 years until April this year, and my career can be divided into three phases mainly. |
| My career started from logistics planning specialist firstly. This position has given me a good chance to be acquainted with aspect of logistic process. I together with my colleagues started from scratch to building a series of operation policies, procedures and workflow, and information system architecture for Logistics and Production Department, such as in and out warehouse, stock-taking, packaging, delivery, etc. As well as we accomplished to design the warehouse location and layout include of material, WIP, and finished goods warehouse, route of material’s transportation. （etc.=etcetera [ it'setrə ] 其他） |
After one year, I was promoted to the position of logistics project manager. During the period I have accumulated valuable experience in team building and development, project management. I lead teams to finish every delivery project in shanghai and countrywide area, negotiate and evaluate the 3PL suppliers, complete BOM, import and export declaration, and so on. （3PL =third party logistics） |
| Then I had played the role as assistant general manager in charge of planned management and inventory control chiefly from September 2006. At the same time, I throwed myself into the department's cost, budget, KPI, and trainning, suppliers' peformance evaluation, and sourcing of VOIP products, etc. I fortunately took part in the decision process for the department’s management, therefore my analytical and interpersonal skills, harmoniously working capability and people management ability have been improved. Meanwhile, I had an opportunity to think and solve questions with overall opinion as an administrator and an executant. |
Project one: SHAIC's delivery project
Detail: Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce (SHAIC) is an organization under Shanghai Municipality with the responsibility of market supervision and administrative law enforcement. EKey is a hardware with USB Interfaces to storage electronic business license. We help SHAIC to delivery these EKeys to it's twenty district-level branches.
