Personal and staff improvement
The Web site offers a small but powerful package of assessment tools, including Improve Your Boss, Improve Your Company, and the Personality Style Indicator. The Improve Your Boss tool allows employees or bosses to initiate an assessment of a particular leader. Completely anonymous, the assessment takes about 15 minutes. The assessments are SCORed electronically and available to the boss via a password-protected Web site.
