how to resolve employee turnover rate too high? this is a big problem my client is facing, more than six thousands employee voluntary resigned in last one years only. One signal I already noticed is more than 60 percent of resignees is those employee who join Seagate less than three months. This signal inspired me that we maybe ignore a very import factor lead to too high tureover rate, the factor is new staff selection.
