Standing shoulder-to-shoulder today, President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair hailed the formation of a new Iraqi government as a turning point. Blair said that after visiting Baghdad this week he was "more certain than ever" that the coalition should stay in Iraq to fight the insurgency while Bush admitted there have been "setbacks and missteps" in the three years of conflict.0
