协会现有理事是来自各行各业的人力资源精英人士，包括CCI公司亚太区副总裁，礼来制药人力资源总监，安海斯-布希亚洲公司副总裁，荷兰银行中国区人力资源主管，德国汉高亚太区人力资源总监，霍尼韦尔亚洲地区培训发展经理等等。

协会理事基本要求：

1. 8年以上人力资源管理、培训发展经历；
2. 热忱，能抽出时间来帮助他人取得职业提升。

International Training & Development Association is focus on providing communication & cooperation among enterprises training professional and lead a path to excellence. The Association organizes and arranges different activities to exchange ideas and experiences for the members; to manage and issue a series of professional training certifications. All aiming at improving the HRD professionalism competency; enhancing the HRD influence internally, and eventually set a standard for the training professional and help to raise enterprises business performance.
