如何打电话
由于科技的进步,现在电话已经普及了。我们每天都要打电话,打电话给朋友,打电话给客户,打电话给供应商。
可是一些人却有不好的打电话习惯,就个人经历讲述这些不好习惯。
第一,直接问接电话的人“你是谁”。
一次,我接到一个电话,对方问“你是谁”。我想,你告诉我你找谁就可以了吗,何必关心我是谁呢,于是反问“你找谁呢”。
第二,明知故问。
我是公司的cio,负责公司的网络建设。经常接到电话,对方问,“请问是那位负责网络业务呢”。我想既然电话打到我这里,一定已经知道是我负责了。我经常反问“你不是已经知道了吗”
第三,不做自我介绍。
接到日本客户的电话,他们一个非常好的习惯。我接起电话后,对方就说自己是谁。反观,接到一些中国人的电话,经常是已经回答了他几个问题了,但是还不知道对方是谁。

Because of technology development, telephone is popular nowadays. We take telephone everyday, make telephone to friends, make telephone to customers, and make telephone to supplier.
Some people have bad habit in making telephone, I will tell three bad habits from my experience.
First, asking the person who receive the telephone, ‘Who you are’
Once, I received a telephone, that person asked ‘Who you are’. I think you should tell me who you want to talk, and you need not to know who I am. So I asked back ‘Who do you want to talk?’
Second, asking what you have known
I am the CIO(chief information officer) in company, and manage the intranet in the company. I often received such telephone, the person ask ’who manage the intranet in the company’. I think before you make telephone to me, you know it is me managing the intranet in the company. When I received such telephone, I often asked ‘you have known it is me managing the intranet in the company, why you still ask?’
Third, doing not introduce yourself.
I often received Japanese telephone, they have a good habit. When I received the telephone, their first sentence is ‘This is XXX’. Many Chinese do not have this habit. They do not tell you who he is, they just ask questions.
