Why do we produce project reports regularly?

Ø Because we have to?

Ø Because the client or the boss demands them?

Ø Because we want to make our self look good?

Ø Because we want to hide something?

Ø Because every one else makes reports?

NO_NO_NO

We produce reports as a means of controlling the project to:

Ø Monitor progress

Ø Control Resources – Finances – Manufacture and Materials

Ø Identify problems and areas of danger and conflict
