摘要:企业技术创新是科学技术与经济相结合的复杂系统工程。本文在对与技术创新关联性较强的难点及其成因展开分析，把企业技术创新置于国际性创新环境中探析，对国内外的成功与失败经验进行剖析的基础上，提出了加强企业技术创新的基本对策。最后简要回顾了中国技术创新的历程，呼吁全社会从全球性范围来关注企业技术创新。

Abstract
The paper indicates enterprises’ technological innovation is a complicatedsystems engineering that science and technology combines with economy. On the based of analyzing the difficulties and causes that is strongly interrelated with technological innovation, discussing technological innovation in enterprises in worldwide innovation environment, and analyzing the successful and failed experience about technological innovation of civil and external enterprises, it suggests some basic policies on strengthening the enterprises’ technological innovation. At last, the article simply retraces the process of technological innovation in China and appeals that China should notice the technological innovation from all over the world.
