Use

The organization in Sales is represented by the element sales office,sales group and salespersons.The following figure display a sample organization in business development and sales.

Sales office

Geographical aspects of the organization in business development and sales are defined using the term sales office.A sales office can be considered as a subsidiary.A sales office establishes contact between the firm and the regional market.
业务开发和销售中的机构在地理上采用术语销售办公室来定义。一个销售办公室可以看成是一个子公司。

A branch office of a company in Chicago could be designated as a sales office.

Sales Group

The staff of a sales office may be subdivided into sales groups.For example ,sales groups can be defined for divisions.
销售办公室的工作人员可以分为销售小组。例如,可以为每个单个产品组定义销售小组。

Salespersons

You can maintain personel master records for sales representatives in youu company.In the personel master record,you assigs the salesperson to the sales office and the sales group.

You can also enter the system user name of the sales person.This allows mails to be sent to the salesperson(define the partner function for sales personel in the sales document).

Integration

Sales offices are assigned to sales area.If you enter a sales order for a sales office within a certain sales area,the sales office must be assigned to that area.
销售办公室被指派到销售范围。如果输入在某个销售范围内的销售办公室的销售订单,该销售办公室必须指派给那个地区。

The sales groups are assigned to the sales offices.

The salespersons are assigned to the sales group and the sales office via the personnel master record.
