Definition

A company deals with different natural and legal persons during business tracsactions.A customer orders goods from a company.A forwarding agent might deliver goods to the customer.An employee within the company processes the business transaction.All roles a natural or legal person can assume are represented by business partners in the SAP R/3 system.
公司在业务事务中要接待不同的自然人和法人。客户从公司订货。转运代理向客户交货。公司雇员处理相关的业务事务。所有可以由自然人和法人扮演的角色在SAP R/3系统中称为业务合作伙伴。

Business partners 业务合作伙伴

A company has contact with its business partners,who are customers and vendors.Data on each of these and on the company's personnel is stored in a separate master record.
公司是客户和供应商的业务合作伙伴联系。关于这些业务合作伙伴和公司职员的数据保存在独立的主记录中。

Customers 客户

The term "customer" is used to define all customers to whom the copmay has contact.The term "vendor" is used to define all business partners who carry out a delivery or service for the company.A business partner can be a customer and a vendor at the same time if ,for example,your customer also supplies goods to you.In the case,both a customer master record and a vendor master record must be created from the business partner.You can create a link between the master records by entering the vendor number in the customer master record and the customer number in the vendor master record.
术语“客户”用于定义所有与公司有联系的客户。术语“供应商”用于定义所有为公司执行交货或服务的业务合作伙伴。一个业务合作伙伴可以既是客户也是供应商,例如客户同时也提供货物。在这种情况下,必须为该业务合作伙伴既创建客户主记录也创建供应商主记录。通过在客户主记录中输入供应商编号和在供应商主记录中输入客户编码将这两个主记录联系起来。

Vendors

Data on business partners who are vendors,for example,forwarding agents,is managed in the vendor master record.If a vendor is also a customer,a link can be created.
在供应商主记录中管理关于供应商如转运代理的数据。如果供应商也是客户,可以创建它们之间有联系。

Personnel

Data on employee if your own compay,for example,sales personel or clerical staff,is managed in the personnel master record.Data on each employee can be managed by his or her personnel number.
在职员主记录中管理关于自己公司职员如销售人员或书记员的数据。通过每个职员编号可以管理其数据。

Only the personnel department of your company is authorized to create a personnel master record,using Human Resources(HR).The personnel department of you company manages the personnel numbers of the employees.If HR is not used in your company you can also create a personnel master record yourself for employees in sales and distribution.
只有公司的人事部门有权使用人力资源(HR)模块创建职员主记录。由公司的人事部门负责管理其雇员的职员编号。如果公司没有使用HR模块,也可以自行在销售和分销模块中为雇员创建职员主记录。
