How the Customer Master Record is Structured 如何构造客户主记录

Use

Data on customers is important for both the accounting department and the sales and distribution department.In order to avoid data redundancy,accounting data and sales and distribution data is stored in one master record,the custom master record.
有关客户的数据对于会计部门和销售和分销部门都是非常重要的。为了避免数据冗余,会计数据和销售和分销数据保存在同一个主记录中,即客户主记录。

A customer master record can be accessed using three different groups of data,which differ in the level of detail they offer. A master record has the following structure.

General data
一般数据

General data does not depend on the company code.or on your company's organization of sales and distribution.Data on a customer is the same in both views.This includes,for example,the customer name,address and telephone number.
一般数据不依赖于公司代码或公司的销售和分销组织。一般数据指的是可见数据和包含数据,如客户的姓名,地址和电话号码。

However,general data is not limited to the information which is of importance to both departments.The unloading point,for example,which is regarded as general data,is only relevant for sales and distribution.However,since it is not based on the sales and distribution organization of your company and is always unique for this customer,it is not donsidered part of the sales and distribution data.
然而,一般数据不仅仅局限于对两个部门都重要的信息。比如,被认为是一般数据的卸货点就只和销售和分销有关。由于该数据不是基于公司的销售和分销组织而且对于客户是唯一的,所以它不作为销售和分销数据的一部分。

If you edit a customer master record using only the customer number,without specifying a sales and distribution area or a company code,the system will only display the general data screens.
如果只使用客户编号来编辑客户主记录,而不指定销售和分销区域或公司代码,系统将只显示一般数据屏幕。

General data is entered by the department which first creates the customer master record for a customer.If the sales and distribution department creates the custom master record,it must also enter the address data.When the accounting department enters accounting data it is then unnecessary for them to enter the general data also.They can use the display function to access the general data.
通过首先为客户创建客户主记录的部门来输入一般数据。如果该销售和分销部门创建了客户主记录,那么它也必须输入地址数据。如果会计部门输入了会计数据,则不必再为他们输入一般数据。他们可以使用显示功能来存取一般数据。

Company Code Data
公司代码数据

This data is only of importance of the accounting department.It includes,for example,data on insurance and account management.Company code data only applies to on company code.
这种数据只对会计部门是重要的。它包括如保险数据和会计管理数据。公司代码数据只用于一个公司代码。

If you edit the customer master record you must specify customer number and company code in order to access the screens containing company code data.
如果编辑客户主记录,必须指定客户编号和公司代码,从而存取包含公司代码数据的屏幕。

Sales and Distribution Data
销售和分销数据

This data is only importance to sales and distribution.It includes data on pricing,delivery priority and shipping conditions.The data for one customer can differ for each sales area.Ther sales area is a combination of sales ogranization,distribution channel and division.
这种数据只对销售和分销是重要的。它包括定价,交货优先级和装运条件的数据。一个客户的数据可以针对各个销售范围区别开来。这个销售范围是销售机构,分销渠道和产品组的组合。

Only after entering the sales and distribution data for a customer can you process sales and distribution tracsactions for the customer(for example,a sales order.)Also,you can only invoice a business transaction if the data on the payer has been maintained from the finanical accounting view.
只有在输入有关客户的销售和分销数据后,才能为客户处理销售和分销事务(如,一张销售订单)。如果付款数据已经从财务会计视图中维护时,也只能开一个业务事务的发票。

if you edit the customer master record you must enter the customer number and the sales area in order to access screen containing sales and distribution data.
如果编辑客户主记录,必须输入客户编号和其销售范围从而存取包含销售和分销数据的屏幕。

Menu Access According to the Department
依据部门的菜单存取

In the system you can access department-specific data via menus:
在本系统中通过菜单可以存取指定数据的部门:

  • If you want to define customer data for sales you access the customer master record through the sales and distribution menu(Logistics).
    如果要为销售定义客户数据,可以通过销售和分销菜单(后勤)存取客户主记录。
  • If you want to enter data for the accounting department,you access the customer master record through the accounting menu.
    如果要为会计部门输入数据,可以通过会计菜单存取客户主记录。
  • You can use both initial menus to edit the customer data centrally,i.e. from both the sales view and accounting view.
    可以使用两个初始菜单来在中央编辑客户数据,即销售视图和会计视图。

In sales and distribution,central maintenance is only provided for the business partners sold-to party,and payer,for which central maintenance is worthwhile.
在销售和分销中,只为业务合作伙伴售达方和付款方提供中央维护,对他们提供这种维护是值得的。
