Project:                    ITIL Process Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an ITIL Process Administrator to work with a milk producer, processor and distributor based in Blaydon.  Job description/duties:

To assist the ITIL Service Level Manager in:

- documentation of the IT, ITIL based processes

- Configuration and upgrade of the new service desk application (INFRAB)

- Provide training to the individual process managers and process agents in the tool use

- Provide assistance to the process managers in administering key processes

Skills Required:

- Microsoft Office Visio and Work Skills are essential

- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling

- Ability to provide typed explanations in clear, unambiguous English

- Good presentation skills

- Confident manner

Skills Desired:

- Knowledge of ITIL essentials

- Web deployment of Microsoft Office documents and diagrams

Days/hours of work: Mon-Fri 8.30-16.45 (minimum 30 hours per week).  Contract runs until September term.  Rate of pay is £6.50 per hour.  Start date aSAP.  Closing date 16.07.07.
