[原创]我的流程观......<&归属感>

 

Background:

I am in___ charge of the function of Project Management in Research & Design team, as we talked RDPM. I served MB,EXX ever and working on NB now.

This role need to co-work with EE,ME,SW and sales PM.(Maybe it is just our company's process, just for the referance.)

Our Center is in TW. Recently,I feel our communication is difficult and unfair more and more by touching the core nearer and nearer, the distrust is floating in the air. Some other foreign capital company has the similar phenomena?

随着时间的推移,业务的深入,对整个团对模式的运作可以说是非常熟悉---一条漂亮的流程线在脑海中清晰可见;

可就是越来越熟悉,越发发现很多事情遇到瓶颈,很多事情因为无法得到充分信任而进一步展开;

这种架构于普通流程之上的大流程(企业框架)是理所当然的,无法逾越的,还是确实是值得改进的?

其实放权一说由来以久,可是是不是真正放,大家是不是真正能站在同一平台共事不敢断言.

不过话又说回来,不信任是显而易见的,毕竟文化,思考方式从小就窘异,就象很多外资高薪聘请新加坡人,香港人,台湾人,马来西人或者在国外成长的华人在大陆做高管是一样的(当然自己还达不到那样的层别)
