JD FOR ---Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacture analyst

-Partnering with functional and business leadership in the development of business strategy, quantification of assumptions and expected financial outcomes.
-Proactively identifying problems, opportunities or issues within the lean activities and initiates appropriate reviews, information gathering, analyses, recommendations and changes.
-Supporting financial analysis of business decisions, including manufacturing investments, outsourcing, hiring plans, direct shipment practices and other. Lean practice
-Anticipating the impact of business and accounting decisions and communicating to others, both locally and globally.
-Support global divisional and corporate report for analyzing accounting results, providing “story behind the number” to management team.
-Partnering with the global division to drive global divisional initiatives
-Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for improvement in operations.
Job Requirement
-Strong financial and accounting background,

 related international experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
-Detail oriented with ability to identify, research and resolve financial / accounting issues
-Able to partner well with the function team
-Strong Excel, Word, Power Point and database skills
-Experience working for multi-national company
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good interpersonal skill
-Cultural sensitive
-Good business sense
