[原创]猎头职位:世界500强Senior HR Officer
Senior Staffing Officer
学历：本科 | 工作经验：五年以上 |
招聘人数：1 | 工作地点：苏州工业园区 |
1. Sourcing Channel management (headhunter, website, CAMpus…)
2. Database management (job portal, recruiting data, report)
3. Recruiting activities arrangement
4. Resume screen, interview and offer talk
5. Hiring Project handling (Work with business department to make hiring strategy and plan, drive the project, tracking the progress to achieve hiring objective)
6. Consultation to business department from staffing professional perspective
7. Involve in Staffing and HR teamwork and functional cooperation
8.Internal & External communication (HR, business departments, regional/corporate Staffing, local government organization such as SIPHRD…)
Working Experience:
5 years staffing experience in Semi-con Manufacturing
Qualifications-must have:
1. well know Manufacturing staffing related system and process
2. Strong communication capability especially English communication
3. Behavioral-based interviewing skill
4. Familiar with labor law and local policy
5. Good team-work, contribute to team success
6. Planning and Organization capability
7. Initiation action
Qualifications-nice to have: HR overall knowledge and experience
