PDCA|DMAIC|IDEAL Model Introduce and Compare

在今年内，有幸接触了CMM，PM，6-sigma的学习和培训机会，在学习的过程中发现许多观点和过程有很多的相通性。特别是其中的解决问题的模型，特总结如下：

特点：

1．数据驱动data-driven quality strategy for improving processes

2．实践性强：具有很强的可操作性，并提供很多方法，工具及手段

3．提供一整套的工具和方法

 

 

<CMMI>中的Ideal Model过程改进模型:

1.Initiating:Gather Information, Determine Sponsorship, Decide Strategy

2.Diagnosing:Diagnose Present Process& Identity Issues to solve

3.Establishing:

Select Improvements Based on Business Needs& Establish Means to Improment

4.Action:Implement the selected Improvements

5.Learning:aEvaluate Improvement’s Effect, Determine Learnings.

 

 

The IDEAL Model

特点：

1．提供了很全面的过程改进的阶段，活动和法则，但不提供具体的方法和工具

2．更详尽的标准且使用范围更广

 

PDCA: "戴明循环” ,是由美国质量管理专家戴明提出来,是由：PlanàDoàcheckàAction四个阶段和8个步骤。如下：
