[原创]周末上课

周末这2天一直在研究生院上IT outsourcing 和IT Audit这两部分内容的课，这两部分都是由香港人来讲的。IT outsourcing 是由香港地铁集团公司cio赖锡璋太平绅士主讲，香港电讯盈科高级经理（名字忘记了）辅讲。赖教授在给我们讲述这部分时非常强调沟通的重要性，他认为跟外包合作伙伴必然存在着企业文化、语言等方面的差异，所以他认为互相的良好沟通磨合非常必要；另外他也独特的将外包合作伙伴看作为完成一项任务而一起工作的sharing service provider，而不是我们眼中通常意义的乙方，这确实是很不错的创新理念。给我们讲授IT audit的老师据说来自四大。 总的说来香港老师给我的感觉就是非常的专业、敬业、时间观念和原则性非常强。

在研究生院上课也有近2年了，对于授课老师也有了不同的喜好。应该说来同学们更喜好来自知名外企和非大陆的老师，因为他们有着丰富的视野，他们授课方式活泼多样，他们上课传授的知识时时刻结合案例进行渗透，同时交给大家一种做事的方法。来自摩托罗拉的李涛和中国UML第一人——潘加宇也是其中深受同学们爱戴的老师 。另外研究生院副院长姚郑教授也是很不错的老师，他授课的特点就是非常细致，对同学非常的nice。
