The GB+BB Certification Training is a classical course specially developed by SBTI. If Green Belt wants to upgrade to Black Belt, what he needs is to complete the third _and fourth week training. For the Green Belt who has already certificated by other Organization, he can also be certificated Black Belt by SBTI if he finish the third _and fourth week training of this GB+BB class. 

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training (10 Days)

Six Sigma Green Belt trainees are those who directly assist Black Belt to complete designated improvement projects. Therefore, Green Belt trainees should be capable of utilizing all Six Sigma tools _and leading professional project teams independently when necessary. This 10-day basic training courses prepares your employees with an important supporting training which is necessary in the process of cooperating with cross-profession teams, including defining _and weighing problems, analyzing the root, implementing improvement measures, carrying out adjusting capability training at a higher level, _and help them make preparation for breakthroughs.

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training (20 Days)
