流程管理的核心思想
 组织结构以产出为中心而不是以任务为中心,打破职能界限划分,尽可能将流程中的跨越职能部门有不同专业的人员完成的工作环节集成起来合并成单一任务,由单人完成
一个常用公式计算被浪费掉的时间,就是VT除以ET,即有价值时间除以流逝的时间。在一个顺利运行的流程操作中,它应该等于1。那么,在一个典型的组织中VT除以ET是多少呢?
提示:它不是1。通常,它小于0.05。也就是有超过95%的时间被白白的流逝掉了。


一个大保险公司,其处理一个新申请的VT是26分钟,那么流逝的时间呢(ET)?28天。也就是花了近一个月的时间做了一个半小时的工作。另外有一个大的电子公司,其产品开发的VT与ET之比是0.001,即99.9%是浪费掉的时间。
