一次在ITIL群的闲聊中,1+提出给ITIL起个中文名。当时好像没什么人理会。但这件事情我一直记在心上。也许有人会说干吗非要起个中文名,ITIL不挺好。大概是现在流行吧,连Google都在满世界地征求中文名,最后定的那个“谷歌”,我一直没和google联系到一起。中文名挺难起,闲暇时想了一阵子。实在找不到合适的名字。与之相近的发音要么不好听,要么不伦不类。于是就暂时放弃这个念头。没想到今早坐车,突然灵光一现,想到了一个英文的解释:I’m Thinking I’m Learning。若再附庸风雅地翻译一下就变成:我思故我悟。 圣人云:学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。用到此处倒也恰当不过了。思:源自于学;悟:用之于实。ITIL在没有更多的经验可以学的情况下,学-思-悟-用-学是最好的方法了。呵呵,这5个字又让我想起了翰纬的5S学习方法。不知...
